The hotel features multiple pools. I found there were many options for swimming and relaxation. A dedicated dive school operates onsite. It provided professional diving experiences. I had a massage at the spa. The service felt very knowledgeable and attentive. The hotel location is great! the cleanliness was very amazing in the rooms and public spaces. I saw that the staff maintained it consistently.
The gym needs some attention. I noticed it could use more equipment and an upgrade to its facilities.

The aqua park features multiple slides, though some were not operational . Pools are abundant, with a good selection to choose from. I saw that the pool area provides ample seating.

The main restaurant buffet presents a variety of options for various tastes, something i did appreciate. There are also a couple of a la carte restaurants, including an italian and a tex-mex option. Both are good.

The animation team hosts daily parties and shows. The reception staff is friendly. The service was efficient and cute. Several staff members were very kind. I thought that it made a big difference.

The hotel is conveniently near the city center. This gave me easy access to shopping and attractions. Access to the beach requires crossing a road. location.

the location was acceptable. it was a short walk to naama bay.
The food was not good. the bar favored foreign tourists over arab tourists. the arab tourists received small paper cups while foreigners received larger cups with ice. Also the room needed maintenance and lacked hot water.

The hotel location was convenient. I really liked that it was close to naama bay. The staff provided GREAT service. They were very friendly and always ready to help. The food was AMAZING!!!
